Seafood Rub

If you're like us, we love to grill seafood as well. We love a little spice in our rubs to bring up the heat. This is a "Cajun" based rub with a dash of Cayenne and some Mediterranean aroma hints. Great on all seafood, but we especially love this rub on Salmon, Steelhead and Trout. Our favorite to fly fish for as well ;)
